I am an energy healer and intuitive empath with a number of other abilities including clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and other "clairs" as well as channeling abilities.

I was severely abused as a child (sexually, physically and mentally) and have spent over half of my life learning how to heal and overcome childhood trauma, abuse, fracturing, disassociating and the limiting beliefs we have about ourselves that are created out of our life experiences.

When I finally remembered the abuse in my 20's (I had suppressed most of the memories), I started working on healing myself.  I tried traditional talk therapy (which I found wasn't helping me much to really change my feelings and behavior).  Then, over the next almost 10 years I tried holistic therapies (which I found helped for a little while and then I seemed to be right back in the same behavior I was in before).

Finally, one day after all of this, I cried out to God, "God, I don't care what it takes!  I don't care how long it takes!  I need you to show me something that will actually heal me and change the way I feel and act now!  I can't do this anymore!"

Well, very quickly after that, the Rapid Release, Realization & Reintegration (R3) Technique was born!  Although I didn't fully understand it at first, I found that after using the technique I started feeling and behaving differently (much more positively)!  It was very exciting!  And, I found that I never returned to those old behaviors again!

So, after many years of using it for myself and testing it on a few others, Spirit has encouraged me to start using it (along with my other gifts and abilities) to assist people in healing themselves and to give the people who resonate with this technique the ability to use it to positively change their lives as well.
